User Stories: родители

Эта страница описывает user stories для родителей из ЦА Полная семья в большом городе России.

Основной сценарий: Анна уже открыла приложение или сайт. Мы не рассматриваем discovery, рекламу, лендинг и путь первого попадания в продукт.

Главная боль: Анна хочет быть хорошей мамой, но у неё мало ресурса. Минимальный продукт должен помочь ей быстро создать безопасную персональную сказку, проверить её, включить ребенку перед сном и сохранить для повторного прослушивания.

MVP-сценарий​

Минимальный рабочий сценарий для Анны:

  1. Быстро войти в приложение.
  2. Добавить профиль ребенка.
  3. Выбрать или создать героя.
  4. Создать сказку.
  5. Проверить текст сказки.
  6. Одобрить сказку.
  7. Создать аудио-версию.
  8. Включить сказку ребенку.
  9. Сохранить сказку в библиотеку.
  10. Вернуться к сказке позже.

P0: минимально необходимый функционал​

P0 user stories нужны, чтобы Анна смогла решить основную вечернюю задачу: быстро создать и включить ребенку персональную сказку без лишней нагрузки.

  • P0.1 Авторизация: As a parent, I want to sign in as quickly as possible, so that I can start creating a bedtime story without spending energy on setup.
  • P0.2 Профиль ребенка: As a parent, I want to add my child's name and birth year, so that stories can be adapted to my child's age and feel personal.
  • P0.3 Выбор готового персонажа: As a parent, I want to choose a ready-made character from a simple list, so that I can create a story quickly even when I do not have energy to invent one.
  • P0.4 Создание персонажа: As a parent, I want to create a custom character, so that the story can include someone my child cares about.
  • P0.5 Создание сказки: As a parent, I want to generate a personalized story for my child, so that I can give them a new bedtime experience without writing it myself.
  • P0.6 Быстрая настройка сказки: As a parent, I want to create a story with minimal required settings, so that I can finish the setup before my child loses patience.
  • P0.7 Предпросмотр текста: As a parent, I want to read the generated story before audio is created, so that I can make sure it is safe and appropriate for my child.
  • P0.8 Одобрение сказки: As a parent, I want to approve the story before it becomes audio, so that I stay in control of what my child hears.
  • P0.9 Генерация аудио: As a parent, I want to create an audio version of the approved story, so that my child can listen to it before sleep.
  • P0.10 Прослушивание сказки: As a parent, I want to play the audio story immediately after it is ready, so that I can use it during bedtime without switching tools.
  • P0.11 Библиотека сказок: As a parent, I want approved stories to be saved in a library, so that I can replay the stories my child likes.
  • P0.12 Повторное прослушивание: As a parent, I want to replay a saved story from the library, so that our family can build a familiar bedtime ritual.

P1: усиление ценности после MVP​

P1 user stories усиливают ощущение качества, контроля и повторяемой семейной ценности, но не блокируют первый рабочий сценарий.

  • P1.1 Перегенерация сказки: As a parent, I want to regenerate a story if the first version does not fit, so that I can quickly get a better story without starting over.
  • P1.2 Возрастной фильтр: As a parent, I want story content to respect my child's age, so that the story is understandable and emotionally appropriate.
  • P1.3 Безопасные темы: As a parent, I want to avoid unsafe or unwanted themes, so that I can trust the content my child hears.
  • P1.4 Повторяемые герои: As a parent, I want to reuse favorite characters across stories, so that my child can build attachment to a familiar world.
  • P1.5 Голос на выбор: As a parent, I want to choose from several standard voices, so that the audio feels pleasant for bedtime.
  • P1.6 Семейная библиотека: As a parent, I want to organize stories by child or character, so that our library stays useful as it grows.
  • P1.7 Особые ситуации: As a parent, I want to create a story about a specific situation, so that I can gently help my child process fears, routines, or changes.
  • P1.8 Качество текста: As a parent, I want stories to feel warm and authored rather than generic, so that I feel good about using them instead of cartoons.
  • P1.9 История создания: As a parent, I want to see when and for whom a story was created, so that the library feels like a growing family archive.

P2: будущие возможности​

P2 user stories важны для развития продукта, но их можно отложить до проверки базовой ценности.

  • P2.1 Свой голос: As a parent, I want to use my own voice for story narration, so that the audio feels closer and more personal for my child.
  • P2.2 Несколько детей: As a parent, I want to manage several child profiles, so that each child gets age-appropriate and personal stories.
  • P2.3 Совместный доступ: As a parent, I want another family member to access our story library, so that both parents can support the same bedtime ritual.
  • P2.4 Разовая покупка: As a parent, I want to buy a single story without subscribing, so that I can try the product without commitment.
  • P2.5 Подписка: As a parent, I want to understand the monthly value of a subscription, so that I can decide whether it fits our family.
  • P2.6 Подарочный доступ: As a parent, I want to share or gift a story, so that relatives can participate in the child's experience.

Не хватает для полноценного MVP​

Кроме перечисленных user stories, для MVP нужно отдельно описать:

  • настройки создания сказки;
  • ограничения бесплатного пробного опыта;
  • минимальную модель оплаты;
  • ошибки генерации текста и аудио;
  • модерацию и защиту от неподходящего контента;
  • минимальные требования к качеству аудио.
